In the presented collection of articles, there are those prepared on the basis of the reports in the frame of the Annual scientific conference of the Centre for Political Research and Prognosis of the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The articles contain the analysis of a variety of actual problems of the external and internal policy of the modern Chinese state, also, there is conducted a research of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of some social relations spheres.Besides, in the articles, there are researched foreign approaches to the study of the processes occurring in modern China with much attention paid to the separate aspects of the strategy “One Belt - One Road”. As well as, there is conducted an analysis of the CCP ideological course, of some important questions of social development and the PRC social policy basing on the example of education and the problem of poverty overcoming, some directions of the national policy and the policy concerning religion, political culture of modern China, the situation in Taiwan and its influence on the state and development of the cross&Strait relations...
