Современные практики управления человеческими ресурсами в российских компаниях (итоги российской части международного исследования CRANET 2014–2015)
To date, most of research in the field of human resource management in Russian
Federation has focused on a limited number of practices and experience of Russian
subsidiaries of multinational companies. Using data from 131 Russian companies gathered in
2014 – 2015 as part of the CRANET survey, we draw the overall picture of the role and status
of HR department in the companies, application of various tools for search, selection, training,
remuneration of personnel, communication with employees, flexible forms of employment
and use of working time, regulation of the personnel number and costs. The period of the
study coincided with the onset of the economic crisis and recession in the Russian economy.
The study identified the differentiation of methods used by companies with regards to
managers, specialists and ordinary workers, which indicates differences in HR practices for
various groups of personnel.
