Рассмотренное спектральное представление этого метода позволило получить аналитическое выражение спектра усредненного сигнала в форме отсчётов быстрого преобразования Фурье. На примере периодической последовательности треугольных импульсов проводилось численное моделирование, при котором изменялся истинный период сигнала при зафиксированном периоде усреднения, а также изменялась длина выборки реализации сигнала.
