The aim of the study is to identify the factors influencing the success of project communications. Analysis of the literature and survey of project participants allowed to determine the impact of factors revealed on projects communications, including «the presence of direct communication with team members», «adaptation of project communications based on the needs of the project», «the presence of a system of distribution of responsibility» and others. Participants of the survey evaluated the impact of factors on project communications.
