This article is dedicated to distributed video-shutting set based on RTSP streams from multiple PTZ IP cameras and IP streaming encoders working in VPN, that is capable to work with distributed cameras and be directed remotely in real time. Additional features giving advances over traditional multi-camera TV-setups are described.
