The phenomenon of ubiquitous distribution of network structures in the modern postindustrial society, also called network revolution, is discussed in the article. It is network structures based on voluntary cooperation and partnership that become the most effective form of organization of social communities in the modern highly competitive and super dynamic social environments. They have advantages over the previously prevailing hierarchical structures, since the integration of resources, knowledge and spiritual efforts of people in network structures gives a synergistic effect.
