The article discusses the problems of improving the quality of mul-ticriteria solutions in logistics based on the synthesis of analytical hierarchy processes and traditional selection criteria. Modifications of such procedures are proposed, imple-mented on the basis of two-step transitions to the modified values of the indicators of the individual criteria, in order to take into account the attitude of the decision-maker, both to the initial estimates on the basis of particular criteria, and his relation to the im-portance of such criteria themselves. The review of the applications to the actual tasks of logistics is presented, including multi-criteria definition of the location and the form of the warehouse property, procurement management by many criteria, inventory man-agement by many criteria, multi-criteria planning of shipments with regard to cargo ca-pacity
