In this article we are talking about nonconformist artists. We are interested in how artists perceive culture in USSR. From the point of view of the author's perception of the Soviet nonconformist culture determines their specific relations to political institutions that determine the whole, a critical look at the surrounding reality. The author shows how nonconformist art advocated means of communication with the outside world.
