In Chapter rassmotrena idea and the implementation of land reform in Russia in 1990-ies - 2000-ies. The results of land reform are evaluated as unsatisfactory. Separately we discuss the possibilities of assistance to agriculture within the constraints imposed by the WTO. For example, subsidies for regions which are recognized as unfavorable for agriculture.
