The article deals with the logistic standpoint of innovative approach to strengthening the national security of Russia and China through the development of cooperation in building strategic crude oil reserves. It is proposed to place on the territory of Russia in the relevant geological structures part of the Chinese strategic warehouses for underground storage of crude oil and to deploy the necessary transport infrastructure to speed its delivery to the Chinese territory in emergency situations. There is substantiated the usage of this infrastructure as part of normal economic life of our countries for the formation of the spot market Russian crude oil to northeast China. Indicates the opportunity to bring together other countries in the Asia-Pacific region and the EAEC in the joint strategic crude oil reserves.
