The article tends to theoretically conceptualize the genesis of I in relationships with the Other, which contains a wide range of possibilities as well as contradictions, limitations, and deprivation of the development of I. The study aims to elaborate the model of the genesis based on the comprehension and quality of relationships with the Other; specifically, in dimensions “between I and the Other”, “I-for-the-Other”, “The-Other-in-Me”, “I-for-myself”. The theoretical basement of the research is formed by the philosophical-psychological conceptions of I (M. Heidegger, J.-P. Sartre, P. Ricœur, S.L. Rubinshtein, M.M. Bakhtin, M.K. Mamardashvili). By the means of hermeneutics, modelling, and reflection the model of the conditions of the development I and the model of forms of the genesis of I in relationships are presented. The main result of the study is grounding and systematization of the following forms of the genesis of I: «The development of I in relaiohships with the Other», «Un-obtaining of I in the Other», «The disappearance of I in the Other», «The loss of I in the Other», «The discovery of I in the relaionships with the Other», «The empowerement of I in relaionships with the Other». The model emphasizes the potential of the relationships with the Other for one's self-realization in the dimensions of «for-the-others» and «the co-existence with the others».
