In the article, the author of which adheres to the principles of free economic activity, calls in question the generally recognized postulate in the economic theory about the need for state regulation of the economic crisis. He proves that the only source of inflation is the state. The legal analysis of the economic relations allows him to prove the inability of the statement that the market failures is a consequence of activities of the private organizations. In this sense, the containment of private economic activity during the crisis brings only damage.
