2015.
Maxim Borisyak, Ustyuzhanin A.
The problem of autonomous navigation is one of the basic problems for robotics. Although, in general, it may be challenging when an autonomous vehicle is placed into partially observable domain. In this paper we consider simplistic environment model and introduce a navigation algorithm based on Learning Classifier System.

One of the options for a more flexible approach to analyzing the reliability of supply chains is the principal component analysis (PCA). With a large number of variables describing supply chain, it is a difficult task to analyze the structure of variables in two-dimensional space. Within the analysis of the variables dependencies PCA allows to ...

This paper aims to tackle the problem of brain network classification with machine learning algorithms using spectra of networks’ matrices. Two approaches are discussed: first, linear and tree-based models are trained on the vectors of sorted eigenvalues of the adjacency matrix, the Laplacian matrix and the normalized Laplacian; next, SVM classifier is trained with kernels ...

New chalcospinels of the most common compositions were predicted: AIBIIICIVX4 (X = S or Se)
and AIIBIIICIIIS4 (A, B, and C are various chemical elements). They are promising for the search for new
materials for magneto-optical memory elements, sensors, and anodes in sodium-ion batteries. The parameter
“a” values of their crystal lattice are estimated. When predicting, only the ...

In this article we ground some advantages of the evolutionary approach to the solution of problems of decision support system development. The most popular methods of forecasting and detection of dependences are considered. Advantages of use of neural networks to forecast and to determine of dependences between parameters of systems are given. Advantages of interval ...

Background: Gaussian processes (GP) provide an elegant and effective approach to learning in kernel machines. This approach leads to a highly interpretable model and allows using the Bayesian framework for model adaptation and incorporating the prior knowledge about the problem. The GP framework is successfully applied to regression, classification, and dimensionality reduction problems. Unfortunately, the ...

Despite recent breakthroughs in the applications of deep neural networks, one setting that presents a persistent challenge is that of "one-shot learning." Traditional gradient-based networks require a lot of data to learn, often through extensive iterative training. When new data is encountered, the models must inefficiently relearn their parameters to adequately incorporate the new information ...
