Principal schemes of piezoactuators and approach to design automation of piezomechanical devices based on known machine methods are considered. Machine experiment to estimate applicability of finite element method to design of piezoactuators is conducted. Technical solutions of piezoactuators with heat pipes and technical process control systems are proposed. Physical processes in heat pipes are described. Decision-making algorithms are considerered.
