In present article is analyzed sentence’s role in the realization of literary text’s main categories and author’s pragmatic intentions. Functioning in a literary text, sentence keeps different types of information, it is a means of text modality’s expression, text’s integrity and coherence realization. Sentence is considered as one of factors of literary communication’s efficiency and success.
