Токенизация как инструмент институционального обеспечения аутентичности объектов культурного наследия в цифровую эпоху // Труды по интеллектуальной собственности (Works on Intellectual Property). 2026. Т.58, No 3. С.18–28
This article examines the possibility of integrating tokenization mechanisms into the international legal regime for the protection of cultural heritage. The author considers tokenization not as a commercial practice associated with digital assets but as a means of immutable recording of digital models and the history of changes to cultural heritage properties. Drawing on an analysis of the Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of 1972, the Venice Charter of 1964, the Nara Document on Authenticity of 1994, and the Charter on the Preservation of the Digital Heritage of 2003, the article argues that digital traceability can strengthen the procedural dimension of the principle of authenticity. The methodological basis of the study comprises formal-legal analysis, comparative legal analysis, and teleological interpretation of international normative instruments. The article investigates international cases of destruction and restoration of properties (Syria, Mali, France) and analyses the development of digital documentation and the creation of platforms for digital replicas of monuments.
