The article discusses questions related to technology transfer. For ensuring of the Russian economy’s sustainable development is necessary to organize the technology transfer’s process between the subjects of innovation. The objects of analysis selected the most well-known models of technology transfer. On the basis of the comparative analysis there were identified advantages and disadvantages of existing models, and chosen the most suitable for the Russian economy.
