Особенности термодинамики сверхпроводящего состояния в режиме перехода между первым и вторым родами сверхпроводимости
The paper investigates the thermodynamic characteristics of a superconducting condensate (vortex matter) typical of single-band superconductors in the regime of transition from the first to the second kind. Based on the analysis of changes in the dependence of the Gibbs free energy of the vortex system on the external magnetic field, conclusions are drawn about the characteristic types of F(B) dependence for such a transition. The results demonstrate that for single-band superconductors in the inter-type superconductivity regime, a smooth transition is observed between qualitatively different types of F(B) dependence, without sharp qualitative jumps. The paper provides a physical description of the phenomena under investigation, the algorithms used in the numerical calculations of vortex energy, and demonstrates the simulation results.
