Поэзия Золотой Орды как источник о политико-правовых реалиях и правосознании
Искусство правоведения. 2025. № 4. С. 33–44.
The article is an attempt of the analysis of poetical works of the Golden Horde as a source reflected the political and legal realities of this state. It is of interest to analyze not only content of poems, but also the information on their authors (when we have it), including their status, circle of communication, etc. The sources to research are poems of the 14th c. written in Persian or Turkic language as well as anonymous birch bark with traditional Mongol song. The most part of analyzed poems were written in the canons of Islamic philosophical and religious tradition of Medieval Ages. While sometimes we could find in these sources the information on the period when the poems were created and authors’ evaluation on political and legal realities and their participants.
