The paper is devoted to the analysis of the foreign experience of the BRICS countries in the field of accounting and evaluation of budget obligations for concession and 68 public-private projects (PPP). Special attention is paid to the specifics of regulatory and legal regulation, financial instruments and risk management methods in each of the countries under consideration. The article presents a comparative description of the development of PPP in Russia, China, Brazil and India, identifying common problems and challenges, as well as offering recommendations for improving Russian practice based on international experience.
