Типология организаций среднего профессионального образования в России: эмпирический анализ

The report presents, for the first time, a typology of vocational education organizations in Russia, developed on the basis of empirical data. The study relies on data from the 2023 Monitoring of the Quality of Personnel Training. The paper offers a clustering of VET organizations based on two complex criteria—admission selectivity and budget autonomy. Four clusters and their key characteristics are identified. The application of the typology is demonstrated using a sample of colleges from the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation.
