Оценка социально-экономических эффектов от реализации космических проектов и программ с использованием межотраслевого баланса

The implementation of large-scale projects in the field of rocket and space technology development and the advancement of space information technologies exerts a significant impact on the economy of the Russian Federation as early as the investment stage, driven by increased demand for the products of related industries. Therefore, at the decision-making stage regarding the allocation of bud- getary funding for such projects and programs, an assess ment of the socio-economic effect is conducted. In 2024, JSC “Organization “Agat”, with the participation of the HSE University, developed a socio-economic impact assess ment model, which is currently being successfully applied in practice. The article describes the developed approach to assessing the socio-economic impact of implementing projects in the field of rocket and space technology develop ment and space information technologies.
