Дальнейший анализ формирования экосистемы "зерновых" токенов и возможность их оборота в некоторых странах ЕАЭС и БРИКС / от теории вопроса к практике применения /
The article examines the emergence and spread of digital agricultural startup instruments in the global economy, in particular, "grain" tokens in Latin America and other countries, as well as the EAEU and BRICS associations. The main parameters of tokenomics are given. A line of startups is shown, an assessment of their possible transformation into "unicorns" is given, and the legal framework and regulations for their functioning, which can be used in the institutional experience of the EAEU and BRICS countries, are considered. The Eurasian experience is presented by an analysis of the practice of circulation of "grain" tokens in Kazakhstan and Belarus. The legal basis for the functioning of tokens in Kazakhstan is considered in detail. The initial experiment of grain tokenization in the Russian Federation and the launch of this startup by Rosselkhozbank are noted. The authors focus on the importance of the digitalization factor of the agricultural sector, which opens up additional opportunities for its structural development and expansion of capitalization. It is concluded that the use of tokens in modern conditions is an important component not only in attracting additional resources, but also a possible replacement for currency in international payments, especially between the BRICS countries. The direction of this study is relevant in the situation of implementing the program for providing agricultural food to the population of the Russian Federation.
