Рекордный рост температуры Кюри вплоть до комнатных значений в нецентросимметричном магнетике Mn1−xRhxSi
Magnetic properties of Mn1 xRhxSi solid solutions with non-centrosymmetric structure B20 synthesized at high pressures and temperatures (8 GPa, 1500-1770 K) were studied in detail in a wide temperature range of 2-300 K in a magnetic field of up to 9 T. For compositions from the range 0.15≤x≤0.8, an anomalous increase in the Curie temperature TC by 8.4-11.5 times was detected compared to pure spiral magnet MnSi. It was found that TC increases with rhodium concentration to values of TC (x=0.15)=2444 K, TC (x=0.4)=2995 K and TC (x=0.8)=3346 K. Uniquely high values of the magnetic transition temperature up to room values arise in the disordered ferromagnetic Griffiths phase and may be a consequence of the spin-fluctuation mechanism of magnetic interaction enhancement.
