Номофобия в кинематографе: анализ феномена в фильме «Нерв»
This study examines the phenomenon of nomophobia in film,
focusing on the movie Nerve and its portrayal of characters with psychological
disorders caused by mobile device addiction. Using content analysis, thematic
problem analysis, and visual analysis within a qualitative methodology, the study
seeks to understand how nomophobia is represented in film and how it affects young
people's behavior and perceptions. The relevance of this topic is emphasized by the
growing dependence of young people on gadgets over the last two decades and the
increasing number of films dealing with this phenomenon. Addiction is not solely due
to frequent phone use, it is influenced by external factors such as loneliness or
involvement in phone games. This study offers a new perspective on understanding the
representation of nomophobia in contemporary society, which is of value to scholars
and researchers.
