The monograph is devoted to the organization of innovative technological projects in regional innovative systems with a catch-up type of economy. The book shows that the organization of innovative technological projects in regional innovative systems with a catch-up type of economy relies on the development of cooperation between subjects of innovative activity. The development of technological entrepreneurship is impossible without a planned and systematic process of regionalization of the ecosystem of innovative business in the country.
