Activity is the major object of management in an organization that is especially vividly shown in the sphere of logistics and supply chain management. Deep differentiation of activity demands development of its integration. The article represents results of research of activity integration practice in organizations on operational, functional, interfunctional and interorganizational levels. The author shows quantitative estimations of various levels of activity integration defining opportunities and directions of their effective utilization. Activity integration profile model is developed, allowing todefine priority directions of management for achievement of the organization strategic goal.
