Структура системы для экспертной оценки выполнения необходимых процедур при разработке радиотехнических устройств авиационной аппаратуры
Aviation plays a key role in modern transport and defense systems, reliability is a fundamental aspect, since its deficiency can have serious consequences: huge material losses, loss of life due to accidents. Thus, the development and production of aviation systems requires strict control and assessment of reliability indicators to ensure flight safety and effective functioning of important systems. Existing mathematical models for assessing the quality of production (QA) have become irrelevant due to the fact that QA is taken as an integral coefficient, since previously it was envisaged to fulfill all the requirements of scientific and technical documentation. Unfortunately, at present this approach is not always accurate, since often not all requirements are met, as a result of which it is necessary to apply a multifactorial approach and take into account various causes of failures.
In addition, there is no software tool for assessing QA, and the questions are not structured and often have a similar meaning, suggesting an answer to each other. To increase the reliability and speed of assessment, it is necessary to get rid of these shortcomings.
In order to get rid of these shortcomings, this paper proposes to structure all questions and create a system for assessing enterprise reliability indicators based on the Handbook of 217plus reliability prediction model.
