Editorial work is important part of preparatory part for use. However, quite often editor affect the work seriously, rather than amend mistakes only. In the article types of editorial work and the relevant legal issues are discussed; it is indicated in which cases the editor can claim co-authorship, and when to be considered the author of a new work.
