The company needs to acquire information on events occurring outside and inside the organization to identify and interpret potential trends. The article illustrates the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard approach in various companies in Russia, which introduced the system. BSC allows managers to develop effective management systems in order to build organization-oriented strategy.
