Person-centered approach in business relations: training of active listening for businessmen

It seems to be obvious there are no more different approaches to a human, his problems and ways to deal with them than cognitive-behavioral and person-centered ones. Is there a possibility of agreement (if not a union) between them? I assume that my more than 20-years experience in the field of training work gives me a reason to say «yes». As an example we can consider cognitive-behavioral training of active listening for businessmen.
