Government initiatives are aimed at teaching digital literacy to older citizens as part of retraining in connection with raising the retirement age. During the pandemic, the main task of digital literacy for older citizens is to explain cybersecurity issues, which include the preservation of personal data, non-disclosure of personal data to scammers and rules of safe behavior on the Internet.
