The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of digitalization and automation in the field of labor law in the aspect of the implementation of the unified qualification reference book, the unified qualification reference book of positions of managers, specialists and other employees and professional standards. Now, there is a contradiction between the trend of digitalization reflected in professional standards and the trend of automation implemented in the unified qualification reference book, the unified qualification reference book of positions of managers, specialists and other employees.
