Simulation of a Crossbar Switch Node by Differential-Taylor Transformation with Risetime Estimation
The linear ladder circuits with switching capacitors are the basis
of a large class of electron devices. A typical representative of
RC structures is matrix switches used in communication systems. The
methods of such circuits modeling are far from perfect, since it
assume the calculation of a steady state mode by sequentially integrating
a differential equation with the initial conditions from the previous
integration steps. optimization problem requires a numerical-analytical
solution for assessing the quality of transients, because numerical
calculation does not allow analyzing the quality change of the transient
process of the system at varying input parameters. Hence, complex
modeling methods are necessary. In the paper, the Differential-Taylor
Transform is used for RC circuits modeling. It is shown that the
problem of low conditionality always arises at calculating the differential
spectrum. The areas of applicability and limitations of the method
are found. New software implementations of the method are investigated.
