The paper shows that the main purpose of any industrial enterprise that implements a quality management system in its activities is to restore order in the industrial enterprise, i.e. the introduction of an effective management system. Hence, the quality management system for an industrial enterprise today is a mandatory factor of its existence in the market. It also provides information on the method of calculation of the quality factor of the production equipment. Also, the statistics of the incoming categories of questions in the assessment of the coefficient taking into account constructive failures is reflected.
The article considers the use of linguistic expertise in contemporary media sphere. Different types and linguistic status of expertise are analyzed. A specific example provided illustrates the practice of linguistic expert conclusions. The article shows a way to increase the level of trust in society and efficiency of communication in the political and business area. Linguistic expert conclusions are useful to determine if information diffused within media space is valid. Thus, further development of legal, linguistic and socio-cultural aspects is critical for extension of linguistic expert conclusions in area of public relations. .
The report discusses the use of National Instruments tools for dependability prediction of electronic devices by simulation modeling. The description of the laboratory bench allowing to develop formal models based on reliability block diagrams, to carry out simulation experiment and to process statistical modeling results, is given as well as an example of this bench usage for reliability prediction of power supply of the lightweight spacecraft.
Publications on modeling of project management systems dynamics are reviewed. Studies analyzed mainly consider dynamics of project management systems in the organizational environment of projects implementation. History of project management dynamics modeling is presented as well as classification of existing dynamic models. The review includes papers on the following groups of modeling methods: for optimal and sustainable project scheduling, for discrete event simulation and for macro-modeling based on system dynamics. Also analyzed are current trends of modeling methods development in reference to research of dynamics of project management systems.
The article deals with the issue of reliability, namely the durability of computer engineering. The methodology of the refined estimation of durability indicators of computer engineering in the IDEF0-diagram format is developed. The example of usage of the developed methodology is given. The object of research the graphics card of the AMD Radeon type is chosen. A summary table of the mean group value of the variation coefficient for the subgroups of electrical components, which are part of the selected graphics card, is formed. A comparison of the numerical values of the gamma-percentile operating life of the graphics card, taking into account the different values of the coefficient of variation, was made. The influence of the coefficient of variation on the value of gamma-percentile operating life is considered. The methodology allows obtaining more accurate values of durability indicators and thereby increasing the reliability of the calculated assessment of durability characteristics.

Approaches to data analysis and management being developed in specific data intensive domains of X-informatics (such as X = astro, bio, chemo, geo, medicine, neuro, physics, etc.), social sciences, as well as in various branches of informatics, industry, new technologies, finance and business are expected to contribute to the conference content.
Automation of control methods of necessary requirements fulfilment or non-fulfilment while ensuring dependability and quality for wireless devices (WD) are necessary at design stages. However, this approach is not used in enterprises. Companies are limited only to expert assessment (non-automated external audit) and assessment of efficiency private criteria in the quality management system (QMS). The existing statistics of failures of radio engineering devices installed on unmanned automatic spacecraft indicates that there are shortcomings of ensuring the dependability and quality of the WD strategy. Therefore, in this paper, the method of dependability assessment of the WD considering the quality management system is proposed. The paper presents a mathematical model of dependability assessment of the WD considering not only the categories of the WD failures but also the private criteria contribution of the QMS functioning efficiency. Automation of the method is achieved by using the developed software.
