Proposed textbook for the first time comprehensively examines the foundations of security of entrepreneurial activity. The General part of the book is built on the basis of scientific theories. The article considers the features of management as a system applied to the human resources management in the conditions of individual and collective processes, a distinction is made between the goals and the tasks of management at the stages of individual and collective processes management.
