The influence of subjective economic well-being on the formation of attitudes towards health
Subjective economic well-being is an integral psychological indicator that determines the attitude of the individual to his financial position both at the current time and to the expected in the future. Installations in relation to health depend on the material status of the individual. In the presented study, Russians of different age groups spoke as respondents. Young people in Russia are more positively inclined to increase their material well-being and are less under financial stress; among older people, there is a pronounced financial deprivation. The attitudes of young people regarding health are more positive than those of other generations of Russians. In the course of regression analysis, it was found that financial deprivation among representatives of generation Y reduces the manifestation of the social component of attitudes toward healthy lifestyles, while among respondents aged 55-74, on the contrary, it increases. Financial stress among respondents of generation X and Y reduces the manifestation of the social component of attitudes towards healthy lifestyles. At the same time, among the older generation, financial stress has a positive effect on the desire to change the social environment in accordance with their attitude to health problems.
