Additional features giving advances over traditional multi-camera TV-setups are described.
This paper describes an approach to the architecture of the broadcasting complex for a multi-camera online video live streaming based on a combination of approaches, protocols, and equipment from related fields: IPTV, CCTV, computer networks. The proposed approach is based on the already established commercial service and represents the results of experimental development.

The article is devoted to the creation of a remote-controlled hexapod robot, capable of a natural response to environmental change and other physical influences. Moreover, the robot has an option to enhance its functional capability by connecting of the additional modules (such as camera, distance sensors, motion, etc.). Owing to this, the robot can obtain additional skills and reactions to external influences. In addition to offline operation, hexapod has the ability to remote control via a mobile application using Bluetooth technology and Wi-Fi.
The present work is devoted to the experimental investigation of peculiarities of the influence of perception of a moving object on the simultaneous distribution of attention to the surrounding area depending on whether the given object is the object of attention or not. Detection of the probe stimulus, which appeared unexpectedly ahead, behind, aside from a moving object, or in his absence, was the main task of the observers. One half of the observers were instructed to ignore motion, while another half of the observers were instructed to track it. The study shows that, regardless of the instruction, probe stimulus were detected more efficiently in the presence of motion. Furthermore, the detection of probe stimulus was carried out faster in the case when probe stimulus appeared behind a moving object. Neither formed aim of tracking an object, nor aim of ignoring it affected the distribution of attention, however, the subjects of the «tracking» group systematically demonstrated slow reactions – this fact allows us to make a conclusion about the presence of the essential orientation of attention on the motion of objects in this group of observers. Interpretation and analysis of the results was conducted within the framework of premotor theory of attention (Rizzolatti et al., 1987).
We consider an optimal portfolio selection problem to track a riskless reference portfolio. Portfolio management strategies are compared taking into account the investor’s temporal preferences. We investigate stochastic optimality of the strategy that minimizes the expected long-run cost, deriving an asymptotical upper (almost sure) estimate for the difference between the values of the objective functional corresponding to the optimal strategy and for any admissible control.
