Оценка функции спроса на театральные постановки: эмпирический анализ
The present publication consists of two reports on a common topic,
associated with the modeling of demand for one of the most common types of patronized
goods, which are theatrical services. In the first report, called “Evaluation of the function
of demand for theatrical productions: an empirical analysis”, prepared by Buzanakova A.R.
and Ozhegov E.M. (Perm), a model of censored quantile regression of demand for theatrical
products is presented. The specified model is based on the actual data of the work of the
Perm Opera and Ballet Theater. The second report, called “The State Paternalism and the
Econometric Model of Budgetary Support for the Theater,” was prepared by Burakov N.A.
and by Slavinskaya O.A. (Moscow). The econometric model of budgetary support of the
theaters, proposed in this report, is based on data on the theatrical activity of the Ministry
of Culture of the Russian Federation and of the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) for
