Анализ применимости ERP-систем для малого бизнеса

Abstract: Getting benefits from the introduction of the ERPsystem is possible with the right choice of system. Under the benefits often refers to increasing the availability of information while using the ERP system, improving the interaction between the functional units of the enterprise, reducing labor costs and time for operation. The subject of the study outlined in the article is the characteristics of ERP systems, which are adapted for Russian companies in the small business sector. The article analyzes the main characteristics of ERPsystems, which are implemented at the Russian enterprises in the small business sector. For comparison the main system characteristic were identified and listed the criteria and wasset up a table of comparisons. The resulting and presented data has practical importance when deciding on the implementation of the ERPsystem, and when it is selected for the enterprise belonging to the category of small businesses. It is assumed that a comparison of the qualities of ERP systems in accordance with the stated criteria will allow the enterprise management, belonging to the category of small business, make the right decision about choosing a corporate information system, taking into account cost/capabilities of the system.   Key words: ERP systems, small business, implementation, business processes, automation.
