Управленческие сети: структурно-динамический подход к анализу управленческих коммуникаций
The article discusses the question of criteria for assessing the activity of managers in the organizational and managerial communication area. Recent approaches to the study of this problem mainly offer content (qualitative) assessment criteria and measurement of network structured space. The paper proposed a system of quantitative indices that reflect the structural and dynamic features of managerial activity in the construction and use of individual managerial network. The report contains a description of the empirical results.
