Automation of educational process elements in higher educational establishments is an up-to-date issue of latter days. The market allows software for solving some of emerging tasks of automation, however, it is specialized for high-level business process features (academic plan, schedule, teaching loads, educational performance). In addition, functionality for lecturer’s activity automation, especially for a few lecturers involving in one subject, was not developed. In particular, the automation is required for academic disciplines consisting of a few subjects which are being taught by different lecturers. The discipline “Corporate information systems” for bachelors studying at the National Research University Higher School of Economics is an example of the discipline with three sub-subjects. The article considers the issues of storing and data collection for calculating the current student’s progress. The realization is demonstrated by automating lecturer’s activity software solution which was designed and developed via 1C: Enterprise 8.3, 1C: Standard subsystems 2.3 – the most popular development tools in Russia. The software features are described and are shown in user interfaces illustrations.The article will be interested for users and developers of 1C solutions as well as for lecturers of higher educational establishments.
The work is devoted to building trusted information systems with 3-tier architecture, which
satisfy high requirements of information security, reviewed main information security
vulnerabilities and information system threatening, offered algorithms for constructing that
systems, grounded selection of 3-tier architecture to construct trusted system. Those algorithms
allow to operate with rate category information.
Article is devoted to problems of use of IT of decisions modern business. The main questions of strategy are considered in a wide context of corporate information systems and modern business of structures. The main emphasis is placed on methods of the strategic analysis, new understanding of the competition and creative approach to problems of use of information technologies in a business management.
The need for integration arises when companies start considering “boundary-less” information flows across a plateau of multiple enterprise information systems. Adding a new application to the system or replacing one of the existing applications requires the establishment of interfaces with a specific software tool for each of them. The classical way to solve this problem in a large-scale organization is to use a central integration platform based on service-oriented architecture (Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)). In this work, we forecast the increase of granularity of services and application of micro-services to enhance traditional SOA in the prototypes of industrial internet and Web 3.0.
The manual is intended for students of Department of computer engineering MIEM HSE. In the textbook based on the courses "Economics of firm" and "the development strategy of the organization." Discusses the key conceptual and methodological issues of the theory and practice of Economics and development planning of the organization. The use of textbooks will enable students: to analyze key performance indicators, and use the tools of strategic analysis with reference to concrete situations in contemporary Russian and international business. Special attention is paid to the methods and systems of information support of the life support functions of business organizations and management methodology of innovation and investment. An Appendix contains source data for analysis of competition in a particular industry.
The paper provides a number of proposed draft operational guidelines for technology measurement and includes a number of tentative technology definitions to be used for statistical purposes, principles for identification and classification of potentially growing technology areas, suggestions on the survey strategies and indicators. These are the key components of an internationally harmonized framework for collecting and interpreting technology data that would need to be further developed through a broader consultation process. A summary of definitions of technology already available in OECD manuals and the stocktaking results are provided in the Annex section.
Over the last two decades national policy makers drew special attention to the implementation of policy tools which foster international cooperation in the fields of science, technology, and innovation. In this paper, we look at cases of Russian-German collaboration to examine the initiatives of the Russian government aimed at stimulating the innovation activity of domestic corporations and small and medium enterprises. The data derived from the interviews with companies’ leaders show positive effects of bilateral innovative projects on the overall business performance alongside with major barriers hindering international cooperation. To overcome these barriers we provide specific suggestions relevant to the recently developed Russian Innovation Strategy 2020.
