The SCO Blue Book "Building a SCO Community with Shared Future: Opportunities and Challenges (2020)" was compiled by the China SCO Research Center and is an academic masterpiece created by Chinese and foreign SCO scholars. The author comes from all 8 member states of the SCO and reflects the latest research results of the SCO. The initiative to build a community with a shared future for mankind was solemnly put forward by President Xi Jinping at the SCO Heads of State Qingdao Summit in 2018, and pointed out the direction and goals of the SCO in the new era. In 2019, at the Bishkek Summit, President Xi further proposed to establish a closer SCO community with shared future, and to make the SCO a model of solidarity, mutual trust, safety and security, mutual benefit and win-win, tolerance and mutual learning. The goals and tasks of building a community with a shared future for mankind. In 2020, President Xi also proposed to build the SCO health community, security community, development community, and humanistic community at the SCO Heads of State Online Summit in Moscow, enriching and enriching the connotation of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
