Nowadays, the ''greenmail'' is a crucial issue for corporations. Legal ways countering on greenmail available Russian corporations are analyzed in this article.
The article was devoted the analysis adaptation strategies of the Roman Catholic and Russian Orthodox Churches to the new social and political conditions in the last decades. The author comes to the conclusion that Russian Orthodox Church chooses strategy of conservation to the new social and political conditions and Roman Catholic Church makes decision to follow democratic adaptation strategies.
The article was devoting a problem of research causation between stateness and political regime. The author worked within the structuralism approach and using econometric tools. He educed that political regime is determined of stateness.
The range of the subjects for study and research available to law students at universities and law schools has been extended over the recent years. To large extent, those newly in troduced disciplines and areas of learning cover a relatively limited scope of subjects which are related to the major, "foundation" courses. However, a development of the professional orientation in the study of law and legal research, as well as a shift towards a new frameworkof professional law education also require diversification of specific subjects. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to outline the International TaxLaw course and its potential as a separate discipline for study and research.
