The article considers the use of linguistic expertise in contemporary media sphere. Different types and linguistic status of expertise are analyzed. A specific example provided illustrates the practice of linguistic expert conclusions. The article shows a way to increase the level of trust in society and efficiency of communication in the political and business area. Linguistic expert conclusions are useful to determine if information diffused within media space is valid. Thus, further development of legal, linguistic and socio-cultural aspects is critical for extension of linguistic expert conclusions in area of public relations. .
Linguistic expertise of conflict media text is complicated by the absence of a common terminological basis valid both for philology and law. The notion of value, or evaluating judgement is disputable from positions of semantics although it is used in the European Court for Human Rights as well as in the Supreme Court of Russian Federation. Clear distinction between evaluation and subjective modality apparently would allow oblaining more specific results of expertise.
The paper is focused on the study of reaction of italian literature critics on the publication of the Boris Pasternak's novel "Doctor Jivago". The analysys of the book ""Doctor Jivago", Pasternak, 1958, Italy" (published in Russian language in "Reka vremen", 2012, in Moscow) is given. The papers of italian writers, critics and historians of literature, who reacted immediately upon the publication of the novel (A. Moravia, I. Calvino, F.Fortini, C. Cassola, C. Salinari ecc.) are studied and analised.
In the article the patterns of the realization of emotional utterances in dialogic and monologic speech are described. The author pays special attention to the characteristic features of the speech of a speaker feeling psychic tension and to the compositional-pragmatic peculiarities of dialogic and monologic text.
