Infrastructural modernization of the economy is implemented with the help of system-level logistics tools. Modern information technology and the development of social capital make it possible to synchronize all the logistic flows and connect them into a single system in time and space. System approach to logistics enables us to reduce the costs of logistics by streamlining mutual transactions, and we can also form added value based on system outsourcing. A new trend in online logistics is space-like infrastructure, which is very promising.
The article deals with approaches to perfection of museum management by organization and conduction of special events. The empirical part of the research is based on a project aimed on studying impacts of annual city event Museums Night for museum management. Authors conclude on role of special events and provide recommendations on use of special events for raising effectiveness of museum management.
The article provides the reader with a critical analysis of Coase theorem. The basis is the assumption that trade between two economic agents, which determine the making of values the production of which is accompanied by effects, is carried out in the conditions corresponding to the pricing model on a duopoly market. The authors prove that under these circumstances the production volume for these values usually will not be socially optimal.
In the article the main features of forming of innovative and branch clusters are examined. Major problems faced in creating and functioning of the clusters’ form are stated. Also suggestions on the main organizational principles of innovative and branch are offered.
