The article describes the essence of new forms of labor organization - crowdsourcing. On example of Sberbank analyzed the possibility of introducing crowdsourcing in activities of commercial bank. With the prospects of development of collective forms of human interaction, proposed a new form of organization of labor - "meritosourcing", which means the transfer of functions to the most worthy, professionals, united in the interactive network, defined features of the new forms of collective interaction, identified requirements for the organization of "meritosourcing".
The article is devoted to the study of human potential in career achievements and prospects of indicators selection and training of specialists in personnel management. In the present study it is shown that the combination of personal qualities and characteristics of the construct of time perspective activities acts as a predictor and the basis of professional selection in personnel management.

Suggested ways for their solving include: modernization of programs main steps and contents for the elaborated and realized programs, development of guarantee mechanisms for the programs participators, and purposeful program elaboration for the state property objects included into the interactions.
A new method to predict the probabilities of future events that are consequences of the subject, are presented. The method is based on combining the two types of forecasts – forecasted events using statistical data predictions for previous periods, as well as subjective, using expert estimates, using new information. Shows that an objective forecast is the ultimate objective probabilities of future events whose values do not depend on the initial priors and are its eigenvector of the matrix reliability predictions, the expert in charge of its eigenvalue, equaled one. An example of applying the method is given.

Typical structure of such multi-sided platforms and basic network effects of their use are described. The crowdsourcing as a new form of interaction between participants of the relations is analyzed. The paper deals with the possibility of organizing multi-sided platforms of crowdsourcing in organizations and society. The direction of institutionalization of crowdsourcing in domestic practice are marked.
The article analyzes the special features of the pharmaceutical industry as an object of mergers and acquisitions. The motives of the consolidation transactions in the pharmaceutical market are analyzed. The hypotheses about the influence of individual factors on the cost of the acquired company are developed. Using the econometric analysis, the effect of the presence of patents and intangible assets of the target, as well as the accessories to the absorber to the top 20 pharmaceutical industry on the value of the transaction is tested. The final research model can be used for the rapid assessment of the value of a pharmaceutical company as a potential object of mergers and acquisitions on the market.
This paper deals with the capabilities of using crowdsourcing to determining directions of improve the system of training and staff development by the employees. Defined the essence of crowdsourcing, highlighted the types of crowdsourcing. The relevance of the introduction distance learning in the organization is described. The paper describes the experience of Sberbank of Russia in this area, which is the first among Russian companies attracted a community of interested employees to work on the formation of the Bank's development Strategy for the period up to 2018, to determine the direction of working with staff which will be implemented in the coming years, and to identify areas of improvement of the system of training and staff development of the Bank (in particular the development of Educational portal).

The article describes the experience of building the system of personnel management in subsidiary companies in the international banking group VTB. The headcount and the structure of the staff in the banking group are analysed by the start of the work concerning the changes of the personnel management group. The current system of the governance of the banking group is regarded and the reasons led to the necessity of the changes are marked out. The new personnel management system of the international banking group VTB (its objectives, principles of distribution of powers, formed governments), which was formed as a result is described in the article.
