Interoceptive, or inner-body, sensations are an innovative and highly promising line of research in contemporary language studies. First identified by physiologists more than a century ago, interoception has traversed its original academic boundaries to gain the status of an interdisciplinary subject whose investigation requires combined efforts on the part of psychologists, neurologists, cultural anthropologists and cognitivists, to name just a few. Its problematization in Linguistics was prompted by the fact that interoceptive sensations are inseparably connected with language.  Belonging to the subjective sphere of the individual  and concealed from the outside observer, they can only be effectively externalized through verbal representation. Our nominative abilities, however, are seriously challenged when it comes to verbalizing our inner-body sensations. Vague and transient, lacking in substance and uncontrollable, exclusively personal and unverifiable, interoceptive sensations demonstrate a considerable resistance to language. Articulating your inner-body experience is virtually expressing the inexplicable, trying to delineate the shapeless, to share something that is principally unshareable. Balancing between the perceived unshareability of our inner-body experience and the need to convey it in a comprehensible form we have to seek reasonable compromises between the uniqueness of each sensation and the need to comply with the existing cultural and language conventions. The goal of the current research consists in revealing the main cognitive mechanisms that are enacted in objectifying interoceptive phenomena and to discuss the verbal strategies we resort to when communicating our inner-body experience.

The problem of improving quality of higher education arose long ago. A lot of higher education institutions have been working at this issue since last century, developing innovative ways to improve quality of education. This article considers the way to improve higher education quality via innovative teaching methods.Besides, the article introduces an overview of active and interactive teaching methods, intergrative teaching approaches, examples of their implementation when teaching business subjects, and some statistics of using methods described.

This paper presents a three-product dynamic model of Russian economy. The calculation of the model comes to a boundary problem on a long interval of time for a rigid dynamic system. Thus development of a supercomputer algorithm method is required. The model describes complete system of balances of uniform labor, three products (export, import and interior product) and six financial instruments: cash, operating accounts, loro accounts with Central Bank, bank loans, bank deposits, net deposits with Central Bank and foreign currency. The model describes dynamics of Russian economy as a result of interaction of the following agents: Producer, Bank, Household, Owner, Trader, Government, Central Bank, Exporter and Importer. The quarter model from 2004 to 2011 adequately reproduces such macroeconomic indicators as GDP (Consumption, Investments, Import, Export and their deflators), bank loans, bank liquidity, bank currency accounts, monetary reserve and many other. The main result obtained was the discovery of a strong turnpike property: although in the model we allow agents to know the future, this knowledge is unnecessary for them to find optimal behavior when the parameters of the model are properly identified.
