The article analyzes the changes in the management style of decision-making in Moscow schools during the period of dynamic transformations in the education system of the city. Using the methodology of A. Row, the article compares the profiles of management decisionmaking styles by school management teams of 2014 and 2017. A number of managers whouse a preferred conceptual style of decision-making during this period has increased 4.7 times. Comparison of the characteristic actions of the participants of the management team, taking into account the dominance and combination of various functions, suggests a relationship between the style of management decision-making and the management style of each of the participants of the management team. Based on the work of I. Adizes, the authors believe that the management team of an educational organization is efficient and effective both in the short and long term if it is built on complementary managerial functions and styles of managerial decisionmaking, taking into account the stage of development of the organization. In management teams of educational organizations that have made the maximum „jump” in the ranking, an analytical decision-making style prevails among those surveyed according to the A. Roe methodology. Using rating criteria as benchmarks for school success, such management teams effectively solve the task of moving to higher positions.

The article focuses on the analysis of the stylistic and syntactic peculiarities of the official document texts published on the web site of Government Equalities Office in Britain. It also compares these texts to the similar documents of other governmental bodies considered to be more traditional, e.g. Cabinet Office. Qualitative analysis reveals the syntactic and lexical difference in the same type of documents i.e. policy paper.
Abstract. The article considers new educational status of the Russian language– “Heritage language” in bilingual families abroad that directly determines the specificity of its teaching methods. It is stated that particular conditions required for the bilingual children of our compatriots abroad do not fit with any of the methods of teaching Russian as native or methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The author raises the problem of creation of new Russian textbooks for bilingual children of our compatriots in Greece, which not only set a pragmatic goal - to teach the Russian language, but provide their intercultural language education. It means such textbooks provide moral and intellectual development of children, their learning of the Russian language taking into account the phonetic, grammatical and lexical peculiarities of the Greek language and learning Russian culture in the dialogue with Greek culture.
The shared vision is considered as one of the essential features of the school digital transformation. The assessment of the shared vision based on data obtained with the SELFIE tool was performed. It was found that students, teachers, and school leaders agree that the use of ICT is important for the school. However, the activities on shared vision development at the school level are absent. Schools do not consider the shared vision as a one of the important the school transformation resource.
The introduction of the teacher professional standard as a new basis for professional training, on the one hand, and approval and implementation of new educational standards of preschool and school education, on the other hand, led to the principal change in a high school teacher training. Modernization of teacher training education in Russia has started and its aim is to enhance the practical part of professional teacher training in the context of creating a network between high and preschool and school institutions. At Moscow State Pedagogical University a new method of fundamental educational programmes development on the basis of the subject-activity approach in education has been introduced. Basic principles, development vectors, ways of new educational programmes design which will be created on the basis of teacher professional standards and new Federal state educational standard of higher professional education have been offered. The stated principles and methods are based on the subject-activity approach in education. The main change in the logics of teacher professional training at high school suggested is to change the discussion of course material within seminars into acting out students' personal gained experience, where all their skills and knowledge are naturally needed. Mastering skills and activity experience and also knowledge acquiring is supposed to be checked through criteria analysis of activity products which a student gets while studying.
