The article shown that organizations need to reconsider approaches to work with Universities, in terms of search and selection of prospective students, because of the projected trends in the labor market. On the example of Sberbank of Russia shows that effective youth work is a critical need for organizations on the labor market. The essence of the approach Graduate recruitment, which is a recruitment program graduates in starting positions in the organization is clarified. The article considers foreign and domestic experience of organizing the programs of the Graduate recruitment, taking into account which identified factors that will ensure the effectiveness of the program the Graduate Recruitment of Sberbank.

In regard to this, the problem of confidentiality in labor relations arises.
